I hope that someone can help me. I need to change my sim card on a prepaid. I see that it can be done online on a monthly plan but seems impossible on a prepaid plan. Need to update my sim card because my new phone take a micro sim card.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help.

When it comes to pre-paid accounts SIM card changes will have to be done at a Fido store and you will also need two pieces of ID., this is to prevent fraudulent activities on the account.
Just curious: whay if we do not reside anywhere near a Fido store? What options then?
(Also, why is the information no where to be found on Fido.ca? Seems unimaginable that this would not be published somewhere on the site - Not even after logging in to one's account!)?
