Understanding Negative Balance

Hello all,
I hope you all are doing well.
I recently started using fido this month, 7th Sept. Then I got a notification on 10th Sept. stating "Your first Fido bill is ready." of $48.03 with the payment due date of October 03, 2022.
After few days my total balance changed to -$9.47 and I have never done any kind of payment yet. So, I'm confused about whether I have to pay anything by October 3rd or not. Can anyone explain this situation?

Hello @GautamShetty,

 

If you login to your account now and you see a negative amount it means you do not have to pay anything, while an invoice was generated for the amount of $48.03 it appears a credit was also applied to the account at some point you can save/print your invoice details and see if it tells you, if not you can reach out to customer service directly and they can look at your account further and better assist you.
