Negative balance in account

After cancelling my services I have negative balance in my account however I can't receive a check since I left Canada. How can I get the amount refunded to my credit card which was used for automatic payments?

Usually, the refund is sent out via cheque after your final invoice is produced but you can request to have it refunded back to the card you will need to contact customer service directly and request the refund be put back on the card and the request needs to be done before the cheque is mailed out, see here for all the different way to contact customer service even from outside of the country.
