Negative account balance

Hi, I dectivated my fido account for four months before leaving the country but, I see that I have a negative balance of -7.78 credited to my account to be paid by 30th, July. Could someone please explain to me why I have this negative balance and what it means?

@Seemanti a negative balance usually means you have a credit you might have overpaid your account now you have a credit towards your next bill.

Why would it be a little over 2000 $ would have I gotten a call email etc

Why I have a negative account balance on my account, but the system still charged me for unpaid balance?

I am totally confused.

So I moved from Fido to a different company but my balance is negative.

How do I get my money back??

The balance will be refunded by cheque within six weeks from your final bill!
