Unauthorized and Fraud charge

Hello, I had received an unauthorized charge for $11.55 on my bill, which I wasn't aware of. Though I have paid my bill just to avoid the over charges, I had to contact support twice , no doubt both the Agents were really helpful and they could only provide the information which they have access to. But I kept saying that tha charge use for an international call was not done by me. I have no relative in USA plus the number showed up on my bill, even I don't have that number saved anywhere in my phone! My only concern is, if this is something suspicious going on, it really needs to end soon, I cannot keep paying for an amount Which technically is not done by me or otherwise fido will lose their loyal customers and it can lead to something big. Thank you if someone is taking this seriously !

It is highly unlikely such a charge is a fraud, It is possible you called or return a call to the number not knowing it is an American number.
