hello everyone, about 3 monthes ago, i upgraded my phone, i was promised to take 65$ credit, by doing so, i havnt got the credit, its been about 3 monthes, and i have called fido two times so far, 10 days apar between each call, and everytime i call, they tell me ( oh we have the credit, i can see it , it will apply next billing cycle, ) what should i do, thanks

Promotional credits get posted on your 2nd or 3rd invoice if you received your third invoice and the credit still did not apply then you will have to reach out to customer service.
