Fraud Department Not Responding

I've been without any cell service for long enough now that it affects what I can and cannot do (such as verification of my identity). I've been waiting on the fraud department to call me back on a VoIP number I've had to purchase because of this situation.

 

How long is it supposed to take them to call back? I left a message with the agent customer support directed me to, at 3:00pm on a Wednesday. Nothing on Thursday, Friday, Monday, or now Tuesday. How long does it take to call back? How much fraud is happening on this platform?

 

All I did was buy a phone from them, and immediately got hit with an account cancellation.
