I am unable to contact Fido support via phone after my service has been suspended. I am trying to initiate a payment plan but can't do so online. I urgently need my phone service
If the account is already suspended, only our Credit Operations department can take a payment arrangement for you.
They can be reached at * 732 directly from your Fido phone or through Live Chat.
