Can't contact support; Live chat doesn't work

I've tried over multiple days and it just keeps saying nobody is available and refuses to even put me in a queue.


What do I do?


Hello @cardboard , may I suggest you reach out to fidosolutions on Twitter to discuss your needs? You can send a direct message to a customer support representative and they will respond by DM with some security questions and then you'll be able to interact by messaging without having to wait on hold. Hope that gives you one more avenue to use.
