Trying to pay my bill

I'm trying to pay my bill with a prepaid Mastercard. It says my card is expired. It expires 08/21

Walmart told me j was able to pay my bill with my vanilla Mastercard. So I'm very upset right now

Yes we accept prepaid credit cards.

I am sorry to see you had complications with this payment. Vanilla MasterCard are one of the few prepaid credit cards that don't work with our current payment systems. 

We also do not accept U.S. and International prepaid credit cards or Prepaid Ideal Choice Master Cards. 

I hope this helps clear things up a little.

Hmm, that's odd.

It's possible that you might be getting this error due to the card not being one of our accepted methods of payment. 

The following prepaid credit cards are not accepted:

- U.S. and International prepaid credit cards.

- Prepaid Ideal Choice Master Cards.

- Prepaid Vanilla Master Cards.

What kind of prepaid credit card are you using to make your payment?
