Temporary suspending my phone plan

Hello, 

 

I called Fido last month to suspend my phone plans on 12-month suspension. I have two numbers under my account but only one got suspended. I am overseas now and it is difficult to make a call. I don't know why my other phone number did not get suspended. How can I get help online?

Did you specify that you wanted both lines to be suspended? Either way, you will need to contact customer service.
