Hi,
I was charged over $50 for a long-distance call that didn't use. I talked to a representative and they said I should just call back the number and remember what the call was. I am certain that there is no way for me to call a UK number and he was not helpful at all. I am a customer of fido for more than 10 years and I was hoping the service would have been better than what I experienced. I am wondering if there is someone else that could help me figure out why this bill was charged to my account since it is quite a lot.

You can save/print your invoice details and it will tell you what numbers were called and the charges, if you did make the calls then the charges would be valid.
