I have tried to stop a data top up that has turned into an on going monthly bill I did not want.
I have tried to cancel the data top charge:
By text - cannot cancel this time
By the app - sorry something went wrong, try again later.
By website - not able to cancel.
By phone - the current wait time is over 3 hours.
I am seeing how you are operating with these fees, they can be added with a one click and not be cancelled by any means. This is an unfair and ugly business practice.
How do you expect your customers to cancel these data top ups?
