phone do not ring

It just happened over night my phone did not ring but vibratwe when receiving in coming calls. I have tried to turn the phone off and on again and reset it but can not fix the problem?

iphone - check the small button on the left side of the phone.  Make sure it is not on silent mode. Flip the switch so that you don't see the RED mark.

Android - you might be on silet mode. Check the quick toggle and see if your phone is on silent mode.
