I switched my phone from Postpaid to Prepaid awhile back, and I still have a negative credit balance on my previous Postpaid account. I thought it might get refunded automatically, but I keep receiving "final bills" indicating the credit balance. How do I go about getting this amount refunded to my CC?

Do you still have access to your Fido My Account? Can you verify whether we have the right address on file?
If we don't that would explain the delay and we'll need to update it.
