I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 7 days ago and it is now on sale. On the fido payment program, I signed up to pay $30/month and it is now discounted for $20/month. Since I am still within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, how can I process with this new discount?
I have a similar issue. I purchased a pre-owned Pixel 4 last week (9 days ago) at $17/month, and now it's dropped to $10. Customer service said they could not do anything. Everything I'm reading now indicates that you should be honouring the new price since it's within 15 days. I have a discount on my second line, which is a consolation, but I feel as if I'm being deceived here.
