Hello,

 

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 7 days ago and it is now on sale. On the fido payment program, I signed up to pay $30/month and it is now discounted for $20/month. Since I am still within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, how can I process with this new discount?

I have a similar issue. I purchased a pre-owned Pixel 4 last week (9 days ago) at $17/month, and now it's dropped to $10. Customer service said they could not do anything. Everything I'm reading now indicates that you should be honouring the new price since it's within 15 days. I have a discount on my second line, which is a consolation, but I feel as if I'm being deceived here.

Hello,

I bought a new iphone 12 pro max 15 days back and it was 47$ at that time but it is 37$. I am still in customer satisfaction guarantee period of 30 days. Please help me with this I feel bad about it.

  Did your purchase your device in store or via Fido.ca? You should note that the Satisfaction guarantee is 15 days from purchase date if purchased in store and 30 days from date when the order was shipped if purchased online (see here).

 

  You should also note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. You would need to contact customer service for any price adjustments (if eligible).   Thank you for the additional information. I'm not sure whether the 30 days for online purchases is only for returns/exchanges or for price corrections as well. You would need to contact customer service to determine whether you're eligible for a price correction after 18 days of online purchase.

If you're within 15 days of the date of purchase and the price has changed we can definitely have it adjusted.
