Paying my bill with $0 balance

It says pay my bill by october 5th, but my balance says 0 as does my bill but i haven't paid for the month

It could be that you overpaid on your previous invoice, did you get a chance to look at your invoice details? It should tell you what is happening.

 

If you are still unsure of what is happening you can always reach out to customer support for further clarification.
