The "Continue to shipping address" button doesn't work while ordering a phone upgrade! A pop-up says "We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)". Want to save the setup service fee! Is there a way? Checked with chrome and safari, neither works! Is the service suspended for COVID-19? Please help.
That definitely sounds odd. You shouldn't have any trouble as we currently don't have any issues with our website.
