I'm trying to upgrade/purchase a new phone the past few days through your site but whenever I get to the "https://www.fido.ca/hup/#/choose-phone" page I get the following error:

I've gone through numerous similar threads already and I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), clearing my cache and cookies, and closing and reopening new instances of each browser, and nothing works. With the number of reports over the past year I'm surprised I am still encountering this issue, can we get an actual solution posted here so future customers won't have to repost this?
