I've been having issues with my OTP from my bank. I called the bank provider based in the Philippines and they said my international number was registered to recieved the OTP. Now, this is causing me problems every time I have to purchase online, I cannot validate because I am never receiving the OTP.
Could you please me on this matter?
Do you know if this code comes from a shortcode number (i.e 1234) or from a full-length phone number?
If it comes from a shortcode, only certain shortcodes are approved for use in Canada. You can view the full list here.
