For about a month now, when I try to call any of my three workplace landline numbers from my cellphone, I get "This number is not in service". But they all are, as I'm able to call any of them on my landline. I can also call my home phone and a couple of my friends on their landlines, using my cellphone.
Does Fido have trouble with particular phone numbers?
Hi QMuzikDirektor, if I may ask, where are you located geographically? Is there any possibility that your location has you roaming or not adding a +1 when calling certain numbers? Is it only those 3 numbers and do they have different area codes, or maybe inadvertently blocked them on your device? I have had that happen in the past (5+ yrs ago) and I had to have my device reconfigured again by a Fido representative. Some things that you can check and provide further information to a service representative or one of us. I really hope that resolves for you
