Hi,

 

I couldnt book an appointment with BLS internaitonal for my passport renewal as I was not receiving OTP on mobile number despite repeated attempts. This as extremely disaapointing for me as I lost this opportunity and now the slots are full. I am very disaapointed with Fido's service !!! Sad

What is the solution?????

I am not getting OTP from BLS International on my FIDO number.

Hi, I have the same issue. Not receiving OTP from BLS international services. other providers (Bell) numbers receive OTP fine. I am with support and they do not have a clue why this is happening. if Bell number works, FIDO does not, there is issue at FIDO. Can someone help!
