Iphone Visual Voicemail

Okay so, i just upgraded my device as well as my plan shortly, but for some reason, my Visual voicemail pack is disabled. Usually i pay for extra $7 monthly. I am just wondering how can i add it to my plan again 🤔

  Welcome to the community!

  Usually, the option to add the iPhone Visual Voicemail would have been provided when you upgraded your device and plan. If you did not select that option at the time, I think you would need to contact customer service to have it added. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account.
