Visual voicemail

Hi Fido,

I recently got a new device and plan... upgrading from my prior device.

I have the iPhone Value Pack on my account, but Visual Voicemail isn’t working (I have a button that says “Call Voicemail”) ... AND the Voicemail language is in French suddenly, and needs to be English. Help!
