Hello,
I upgraded to an iPhone 14 on August 1. I chose to pick it up locally. I still have not received any info about pick up or that it's in process. Any suggestions?
Also, daily my calls are dropped. This is happening over and over. Is anyone else experiencing this?

When it comes to the status of your order, you would need to check in with customer service, if you still haven't received an update.
Please make sure to also verify your junk/spam and promotions email folders.
As for the dropped calls, can you please let us know if this happens everywhere, or just in a specific area?
Did you get the chance to try your SIM card in another device?
