I recently just ended my contract with Fido and I got my bill in the mail today. It says I already have a credit balance: "No need to pay." and I see my credit balance is now in the negative. So I was wondering if I over payed or could get my money back if I did. Thank you!

I received a final bill dated April 6th with a credit balance.
I used to pay every month through credit card.
How will Fido give me back the credit and how long will it take?

Hey @mrBR0ster,
Welcome to the Community.
If your final bill has a credit balance, it would mean that you should be expecting a refund by cheque in the mail.
These refunds usually take around 3 weeks from the final bill, but can go up to a maximum of 6 weeks before they arrive in the mail. I hope this helps clear things up a little.
