Fido bill too high

Today I got my bill and it shows I have to pay 776$ for a month. I was already disputing a case with fido and they told me that I will get a call from office of president. No calls from anyone and today when I called in they are saying my case was rejected. On What Basis!!!!! This is ridiculous
