Hi, I received my bill today and it's much higher than my normal bill, I also don't see a reason why it's so high. Please help me with this

I already send the old modem for fido internet...hope you received it...cuz my bill still high...thank you

When you ship back the modem, you would usually be able to track it as well. Did you see if it was delivered to Fido?


That said, you can be rest assured that if the modem was sent back within the timeframe & received on our end, we will update your account balance.

I would suggest you print/save your invoice details and it will tell you exactly what you are being charged for. Please see here for how to print/save your invoice details.


Once you review the details of your invoice and if there are any discrepancies then you can contact customer service and they can look into it for you.
