Charged twice in a month?

I checked over my Fido account and saw that I was charged twice this April 2018. I thought the second one will cover up the following bill but my balance still showed up there. How come?

From what you said, it seems like your payment was carried over on your April's invoice.

 

It is possible the payment of your previous cycle was made or received after its due date. It usually depends on your payment method and when it was made.

 

Did you check your owing balance on your fido.ca account? It should show the updated balance.
