I put my plan on pause since I am travelling abroad to Australia. I have a new sim, a new number, why am I still getting charged for roaming when I paused it and am paying for my Australian sim and not my Canadian phone plan?

Hi @Alva95 , sorry to hear that you're being charged for roaming. You should probably contact customer support to ask why this is happening. Have you removed your canadian Sim card from your device? If you have a fido esim, did you disable it in settings? Since you're away, you could probable be better served if you contact fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook so that you may have a dualoge over direct messaging. Hope you get it sorted out. Cheers
