Change number online

I dont know why the option for Change number is not shown in my Account-Service ,i'm the account holder

I've done this - changed my number online - but noticed that it would not do it, initially, when my account was not paid-up. It was useful, and I took my time to look through lots of numbers, and got one with 5 repeating digits (easy to remember!).

@dantran Then your account is not register as the account holder. If you only see Refer a Friend that means your account is register as a subscriber.

I've reregistered  but  i must give  another email because the website said this email is already used.

@dantran I actually just went through that two days ago with a reletive account.

What you can do is login on the first account go to profile and settings and change the email address then you can use your email address again.

I'm glad you got it figured out and now you can change your number.

@dantran Login to "MY ACCOUNT" click on the number you want to change on the next page you will see "Change My Number >" click on that and change your number.

If that feature is not working its because Fido is still working on the site and you can have a mod change it for you here or you can message then on Fackbook or Twitter.
