Carrier voicemail

Why does my phone chirp or ping at least once a day. When I check it shows that I have a "carrier voice mail ". There is no message and if I don't erase them my mailbox fills up with my 3 lol voice mails. How can I block them?

Hello, currently I have a 600$ credit limit to my account and it is not letting me take advantage of the black friday deals i have my bills paid and my credit score i aslo good is there any way i can change the limit to 0 as it was before
