Why does it say that I am not the account holder, even so I logged in with my email. I can pay the bill but I can't see the details.

Hi @miege3 & welcome to the Community!
When you created your account, do you remember if you selected that you were the account holder? If you didn't, we'll need to delete your profile so you can create a new one.
Let me know.

I can't remember if I did this.
This will probably be the problem.
It would be great if you could delete my account then.

@miege3 Alright! I'll send you a PM.

I can't see my billing details. I have the Fido app.

Hey @mtlawal!
I moved your post to this thread as it deals with the same topic
Are you able to view the bills if you log in directly on Fido.ca?
If not, does it say you're not the account holder? To view the bills, you'll have to register with your e-mail and set up your profile as an account holder.
If this is done and you still cannot view the bills then please let us know and we can take a closer look at things!

Hi Nick, yes I did all that but I still can't view my billing details.
I thought it should be possible to view it at least on app.
Anyway, kindly help me out. Thanks.

Hey @PC59! Welcome to the community
I moved your post here since the subject was already being discussed.
If you've already tried all the steps in this thread (re-register to Fido.ca using your email address) and are still unable to view the full account details, let me know and we'll take it from there
