Hi i recently ported my sim to bell and i had a balance with fido. My account says closed but when would i receive the final bill if my account is closed

Typos.... "4 to 6 weeks"... to wait for the cheque, and ..."credit card" .

Why do I have to wait 45 to 6 weeks for a cheque to be mailed ? You took the money from a credir card - why can you simply not reverse the charge with refund amount to that same credit card ??????   Ridiculous.

That's the delay time to send out a refund cheque.

 

If you've made your payment with a credit card, we can send out a request to refund the amount to that same credit card.

 

Simply contact us here and we'll be happy to do so for you.

Sorry to hear you've decided to leave. After your final bill is released, if you have a credit balance, a cheque will be mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks. If you haven't received it, you're welcome to reach out and we'll take care of it.
