Add a new mobile line to my account

Hi. Is it possible to do online - 1) add new mobile account retaining the same number, currently in Bell? 2) any on-going promos for such? Ex. 10% discount for 2nd or more lines? Thanks!

If you have to separate accounts but would like to merge them, you can perform a transfer of responsibility with our customer service. There is a $50 fee for this procedure.

As of now, it's not possible to order an additional line online. For that you'd need to get in touch with us or visit us in store. 

You'd definitely be able to transfer your current Bell number as long as it's still active.
