Add existing phone number into new add a mobile line.

Wife and Myself have FIDO BYOD plans with diffrent account. But i would like to bring her phone number into my account as add a new line option. How do i can able to do that? i want to keep our track family mobile expense in single bill.

  Welcome to the community!


  I understand wanting to have all of your family's phone numbers under one account in order for easier monitoring. However, bringing your wife's Fido line into your account would not be considered a new line. As such, you would not be able to avail of any Add a New Line promotions, if available. If you would like to take over your wife's account, that would be a Transfer of Responsibility (TOR) of her line (see also here). You should note that there would be a fee for the transfer (see here).


   You should also note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. If you would like to transfer the responsibility of her line to your account, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
