I tried adding a line. I was going to bring my own phone, but it said the page was unavailable.

That doesn't sound right.
Have you tried opening the page using another Internet browser?
If you get the same result, could you please send us a screen capture (making sure personal information is not visible)?

I have the same problem. Select "Add a line" and get an empty screen.
Tried on Chrome on a Mac, Safari on an iPad, and Chrome on an Android phone.
All exact same results.
