Accolades for 2 amazing customer care agents

In the last 2 days, I've had the complete "Ritz" experience with 2 of Fido's amazing customer care agents, and I would LOVE to acknowledge them both, but I'm having a really hard time finding a place on fido.ca where I can do this.  Can anyone help me?
