Twice when I've called fido to talk with an agent the recorded message no longer says "100% Canadian based specialists" it just says "specialists" are Fido agents no longer 100% based on Canada or are they now in other parts of the world now?

We have different contact centers throughout Canada and Canada only. 

 

To confirm, were your questions or concerns answered by the Fido specialists when you called in?
