Hi started the chat with the agent. There were so many issues the way that person was responding. I regret adding a new line if the customer care is so rude.
The agent was unable to understand what changes were made to the account. I kept explaining but was not ready to help at all. I asked to transfer me to someone, adding please after every sentence. I generally don't complain but she cancelled my chat and was very rude. I was shocked with such a behaviour. After 2mins I contacted them again and the next agent resolved the issue within 5 mins. This behaviour was unacceptable from the first agent. I want to raise a concern
