Home Internet Cancellation

Hi,

I would like to cancel my Home Internet,  please let me know the procedure.  I am aware that I had to drop off the modem and the accessories that came with it, is there anything else i need to know?

Hey @mrraffu 

You would first need to contact us so an agent can submit the deactivation order.

Please note that the deactivation request is an important part of the process and simply returning the modem does not cancel your services.

Then by default, the modem return is done by mail so you'll receive an email shortly after detailing the steps on how to return your modem. See this page for more info.
