I also signed up with home internet in December 2020 and have yet to receive an email regarding the $150 prepaid MasterCard. I have searched through spam/junk and still nothing. Please forward the email or advise on the next steps.
I just chatted with Fido now, they say, it is taking more than 10 weeks. That's all they are saying. They did not give specific time like within 10 weeks. They just mentioned more than 10 weeks saying like you just wait forever, we will never send you, you just got scammed.
I signed up mine and activated in mid-December as well.
I too have not received an email for the $150 prepaid mastercard. I made sure to check my spam folder as well.
I signed up for service two months ago. I already contacted Fido Support by phone over two weeks ago and was promised it would be resolved by now.
Can someone please help resolve this for me?
