For the past week or two the Internet has been down and up. Basically disconnected... The blue @ symbol was not on. I can access the Fido router.Can someone help? Very frustrating

Yes to reboot and I think it might be resolved because the Fido/Rogers outside fixing/upgrade/disruption has ended

I talked with tech on Monday and I was told that there is a upgrade or power disruption in my area and should be done yesterday.... Let see how it goes.
