I'm in the same situation and have now spoke to an agent and was told someone would be contacting me...and still nothing.then i posted on another discussion and no response there either. This is getting to be incredibly frustrating.

I signed up at the end of November and have received no email yet and i messaged with someone on live chat and was supposed to hear back and nothing yet. How can i get some help on this??
