$150 Gift Card NOT received till now. Taken internet connection last month but still no mails/sms or intimation. Could someone from Fido clarify ?

I purchased and activated Fido Internet 150M plan on Nov 02, 2020. The agency told me I will receive a $75 Amazon Gift Card in 6 weeks. 

However, I did not receive the card at all. I checked email box (including Spam and Junk folder), there is no gift card or any registration email. 

Could someone help me to check the status of this gift card?

At this point I think that Fido was a LIAR about this promotion. "Contac us" page is a JOKE! STOP REFERRING CLIENTS TO IT! Just send me stupid card already!

My internet service was activated on Sep 14. It has been more than 2 months since then. But I didn't receive the registration email for the $ 150 gift card. I did check my emails including the junk mails. Could you please help to look into it? Thanks.

The contact page would be the right way to go, since this is something that needs to be looked into by customer service.

Stop misleading clients to Contact Page! The page has no use. Talk to Jack??? Jack is a Joke!! Phone contact is useless. No one answers anyway. Just admit the fact that FIDO FAKES PROMOTION TO ATRACT CLIENTS. JUST ADMIT IT. OR.... sent me the gift card to prove that I am wrong.

It has been almost 4 months for me and customer service has been telling me to "wait for 2 weeks". What an awful way to scam your paying customers!

So these jokers send me an email with the "Amazon Gift Card", However the link doesn't actually go anywhere. honestly I can't even believe the lengths these people are going to to avaid making good on their promise.

That's definitely not the kind of thing we want for our customers! Can you tell us if you've tried clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and then trying the link again? Otherwise you can also test opening the link in a different browser altogether.
