This specific promotion is sent through a subscription email within 6 weeks from the order date. We also suggest keeping an eye on your spam and junk folders in case it accidentally gets redirected there.

I have the same issue as I have yet to receive an email for the promotion that I had signed up for.  I checked my Junk mail as well.  It's been 6 weeks since my activation.  After calling 3x times and being on hold for 45 mins each time with a poor connection to an agent who was trying to help, I have yet to get to anyone to get this done.  I tried the chat function as well and have yet to get anywhere.

I am also very frustrated with this whole process.

I signed up over 2 months ago and still no Amazon gift card.

I've called twice and have been on hold for over 30 minutes both times.

 

The last time I spoke with a Customer Rep they told me to contact the supplier (Hello World Customer Care) directly and gave me their email.  Why should i be hunting down the supplier of the gift card for a product that was promised upon signing up with Fido? 

 

Did you have to hunt down my financial instituition to receive your montly payment of internet?

No- so why am I having to do your work?

 

I will be canceling my internet within the next month, if i don't receive my gift card.

 

I will not recommend your internet services to family and friends.

Hi Melissa, Exactly same agony of waiting I have been through. 3 tones I have been on hold for more thann2 hours every time. 
I don't know why Fido likes to put customers through pain? A simple yes/no suffices
