Hello, 

I set up home internet back in august with the promotion for the $150 amazon gift card and i still have not recieved any emails or instructions on how to obtain the gift card.

Hello,  I set up home internet with the promotion for the $150 matercard gift card and 1 still have not recieved any emails or instructions on how to obtain the gift card.

 

I have checked all the folders and it's been more than 6 weeks .

 

Could someone help me resolve this ?

I got email to register for Fido Mastercard prepaid and did register for it. Can you please guid me how to use the card? should I expect to get phical card?

You can choose between a physical or an electronic gift card at the time of the registration. Physical gift cards arrive 3-4 weeks after registration, while electronic cards arrive 1-2 weeks after registration.

I also signed up last September and still haven't received anything. I spoke with someone through chat about it three weeks ago and still nothing. I checked for all the emails listed above in both my inbox and junk mail. I'd appreciate someone getting into contact with me. I know a lot of people are complaining to the CRTC about this.

Same as other people, not yet recieved the gift card. Been a new customer around 4 months now.

Hello, I activated a new home internet subscription at the beginning of December 2020 and was informed I would be receving a $150 gift card (I believe it was a Black Friday promo). I haven't received further details on this and wanted to check on the status.

During Amazon gift card promotion on September 2020, I sign up for 150 fido internet and didn't received. 

I phone them probably 10 times after and didn't answer. One time they managed to get answered and saying that they will send thru email.. that was month ago already. 

Where can I get help on this?

Have been expecting my amazon card for nearly 4 months now. I have never received any emails from the addresses above and the Contact Us page is not helpful.

UPDATE: After posting on this thread and communicating with FIDO staff, i just recieved my gift card code and redeemed it on my amazon account. Thanks for the help!
