LF data pool subscription (Dev)

Hi alll just an idea..Data on a plan is generated on a date cycle if you don't use data by end cycle date it is lost.

So as anyone ever thought experiment with a "data it forward" type of app. It could.be an extension carried service (like a value pack) offered by the provider or I m looking to pool data service into  membership.

Basically when you  have 

Extra data you could lend it inside a circle even possibly pool back some when you need it or attach that data to a cause e.g. calculation test. 

Have  you come across such service and would that be something you would participate or find useful?

It would be easy gathering / supervising within existing database at Fido but not impossible elsewhere.

I sure wonder what 

Dirk W. would think of this as a continuation funnel for IMS DataBytes ..  most has already been developed and implemented. A bit more architecture and done.
