Issue with My Account App

Related to I1440061817.

 

In the My Account App, the issue of the download bill function was resolved. 

However, I found another issue when clicking the CHECK IT OUT button from a message, the app did not route to any other page or screen.

 

Steps to replicate issue :

1. Open My Account

2. Click message tab from bottom

3. Click the new message "Discount on online groceries!"

4. Click the "CHECK IT OUT" button within the message

5. Nothing happen, app did not route to any other page or screen.

Thanks for letting us know!

 

Were you on WiFi when you tried? If yes, can you switch to LTE and let us know if that worked?

 

Also, it should work if you check the deals through the Usage tab then click on Perks every Thursday.

Can you please confirm if you have tried my previous suggestion? To check the deals through the Usage tab instead of the Messages tab, then click on Perks every Thursday?
